Master Héctor Lombana, created these imposing Pegasus adorning the traditional Pegasus Warf, where slaves from Africa once arrived.
In the back, the Clock Tower was built thanks to Luis Jaspe in !888. Since then it has kept time for Cartagena folk and has become the city's landmark (above).
